Let me start the same as most people..I don't normally write reviews...On the same token, I also don't normally find white glove customer service very often.

I had just finished a really long day at work. I arrived at my hotel around 10:35pm and looked at the very limited list of delivery options when I came across Brooklyn Pizza & Wings. I hated being "that guy" calling and ordering right before they closed at 11:00pm, but I was hungry and yelp allowed me to order. I placed my order for a meat lovers pizza and went to read the other reviews while I waited. As I clicked on the reviews, I saw that the restaurant hours were until 10pm. I called their number and was happily surprised that they were still open. Hermen answered the phone and while I was speaking with him, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. Hermen was very confused as was I, but he reassured me he'd still take care of me; he advised me to try and submit the order again. I submitted the order (now around 10:40pm) and this time it went through. I thanked Hermen for his help and excellent customer service.

Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a delicious piping hot pizza, EXACTLY as ordered. Stopping there, I would've been more than impressed, but Hermen sent an order of warm, chewy zeppolis smothered in powdered sugar AND he threw in a soda. (all free of charge, mind you)

Hermen, you have earned a patron for life. Thank you for an amazing experience and delicious food.

All the best to you and your staff!
    Grazzi!
    Mike

Tried calling to order; no answer and their mailbox was full! Was very disappointed, as our bartender told us it was one of the best place in Greenville. One of those moments in which plans are interrupted for a seemingly entirely avoidable reason.

If you aren't open late, don't say you are online!

If I could give zero stars, I would, and I don't normally give bad reviews. The Cobb Salad, which I wanted with grilled chicken was a hot mess. The lettuce was wilted, the eggs were totally hard boiled and were in chunks instead of slices. Remember I mentioned I ordered the salad with GRILLED chicken? What I got were deep fried scraps of chicken that I could barely cut with a steak knife.
Onto the "wings". The attached picture doesn't do the puniness of these so called wings. I asked for extra crispy and the one that I tried was mushy. And that thing I stood up on the cover? I have no idea what that is and I'm not going to eat it. And the end of the wing deep fried and served with the wings?
I normally get my wings from Wings on the Run, but they're closed on Sunday and Monday so I thought I'd try a new place. Next time, I'll just wait until Tuesday. I just tried a second wing, and I don't know where these guys get their honey mustard, but they might want to change to one that doesn't taste like chemicals.
UPDATE: I pulled that "thing" apart and there was almost no meat on it. I guess if you start with low quality, cheap products, you're not going to put out a good product. There's no way these wings were could all together. Some were crispy, some were mushy. Only reason I'm eating them is because, a, paid for them and b, I'm hungry.

First time I tried this place. I like Grimaldi's quite a bit and thought I'd give Brooklyn a go to see how they match up. The steak calzone was nice and tasty and the pizza was pretty good - not enough sauce for My taste but a lot of people would find it fine. I got this towards the end of the evening when they were about to close so things could have been kind of hurried but it was standard fare all considered. I should've tried wings  because I hear those are good but was not in the mood.
I'm going to try them again in the future to try Different items - after that maybe I will increase a star or two on the rating scale

HUGE pizza...but the taste was not too good.  Not much flavor at all.  I won't be ordering there again.
